We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Growth Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven experiments and innovative marketing strategies. Your primary goal will be to identify and exploit growth opportunities, helping to accelerate our company’s expansion and profitability.
Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute growth strategies that drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, sales) to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Campaign Management:
- Design, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (e.g., paid advertising, email marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO/SEM).
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure campaigns are effective and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

Data Analysis & Experimentation:
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to monitor campaign performance and identify trends.
- Develop and run A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize the marketing funnel.

Content & Communication:
- Create compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Work with the creative team to develop engaging visuals and multimedia assets for campaigns.

Growth Hacking:
- Identify innovative growth opportunities using non-traditional marketing techniques.
- Develop viral and referral strategies to enhance organic growth.

Reporting & Optimization:
- Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with stakeholders.
- Continuously refine marketing strategies based on data insights and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role with a proven track record of driving business growth.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital channels, including PPC, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
